The total workspace is about 2880 sf.  This area with high ceilings is about 32 x 40 and is serviced by the bridge crane (yellow & blue) in the photo.

For scale - The bull sculpture is 6' wide x 8' tall & the garage door is 12' wide x 14' tall.

This unit was sized to heat the whole building including the main studio which is currently serviced by an independent Modine gas unit.

Unit on the floor is a three phase rotary converter which is wired to outlets throughout the work areas.

The Main Studio/Workspace has its own electric box as do each of the residences.

All Studio/Workspace wiring is in metal conduit.
Separate Driveway on side road services the business end of the building.
Business end of the building is not evident from the front of the property or the residential entrance.

Back of building has room for some exterior storage.
